About Lovena
A Scottsdale practice built on two ideas: you can take charge of how you age, and you deserve to feel well every day along the way.
Founder & provider
Amy Fiedler-Kitchen
MSN, AGACNP-BC
Amy is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of experience in healthcare, including critical care, emergency and trauma medicine, interventional radiology, internal medicine, palliative care and hospice.
Years at the bedside of very sick patients showed her how much could be prevented with earlier, more personal care. She founded Lovena to slow medicine down: longer visits, real conversations, and plans built around each patient’s labs, goals and life.
Today she focuses on functional and longevity medicine, hormone health, medical weight loss and aesthetic wellness, and she explains the reasoning behind every recommendation.
