Labs are billed separately at our cost plus a flat handling fee, quoted before every draw. Founding members get the handling fee waived on their first specialty test. Essential and Signature concierge members: Maintain is included. Month-to-month; cancel with 30 days’ notice. Founding rates end when all 100 spots are claimed and can’t be combined with other offers.
